The Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) has surprised the entire world. As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we know it could be affecting your daily routine, activities, and interactions. We have always taken health very seriously and that is why we have been monitoring this situation since it began, in order to make the best adjustments for the benefit of both our clients and employees. We want to take this opportunity to assure you that we are here to assist you.

What we are doing

General Staff
Some of our employees are working remotely from their homes and are ready to assist you by phone or email

Customer Support Services
Our Customer Support Services are available during the regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. You can reach us by phone at +1 786-540-3400 Ext 211 or via email.

Sales and Account Management
Our Sales and Account Management teams are available to serve you by phone or email.

Receiving and Shipping Services
We have our warehouse open Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM until further notice. This way we ensure the reception and shipment of merchandise for our customers.

All employees are maximizing hygiene standards that have been recommended by the World Health Organization, in order to avoid infection. The ultimate purpose of our efforts to continue working is to keep your operations working as well. Our lines are open for you and we are ready to assist you immediately.

We are aware of what health organizations, as well as national and local governments, are deciding to do and we follow along. If any new decision they may take would change the way we are facing the pandemic, we will follow it immediately, to achieve the greater good.
